New Jersey Pay Equity Law

As many of you may have heard, the NJ Pay Equity Law went into effect on July 1, 2018. This law is designed to ensure that all protected classes are paid equally for substantially similar work. As business owners, this law stands to significantly affect your company processes and policies - especially those regarding HR including: hiring, compensation, performance reviews and documentation.
