What You’ll Do
As a Manager at SKC, you will own client engagements from start to finish, including:
- Managing the full client accounting and tax cycle – from bank reconciliations through financial reporting, tax projections, and tax preparation
- Preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships
- Providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
- Collaborating with partners and team members to continuously improve processes and client experience
- Leveraging technology to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery
What You Bring
Experience & Credentials
- Active CPA license required
- 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong technical expertise in accounting and New Jersey state taxation
- Demonstrated experience managing engagements independently
