Over the past 15 years I have not only been privileged to experience the collective professionalism and expertise of your firm but also to witness a new standard in customer service. Your associates continually amaze me with their “can do” attitude and their level of enthusiasm. I can honestly say that I have never had an experience with your firm where someone was not genuinely interested in helping.
I commend you and the rest of your management team for your passion and determination in not compromising when it comes to true customer service. As you and I have discussed over the years, the quality of wanting to serve and help is not something that is taught – it comes from within. Your ability to attract people with that gift that says a lot about the culture of your firm and the quality of your associates.
